Crofton House is a Victorian Apartment, the ideal holiday break apartment. Renovated in 2021 it is modern, contemporary, renovated and offers a spacious, bright base to enjoy a restful break with entertainment on your doorstep. Or, if you feel like branching out and exploring the island all transport links train, bus and car are within a 3 minute walk.
The space
The apartment is all located on the first floor of the building - but with direct access on to garden through the bunkbed bedroom.
Large open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen.
All amenities are available, TV, WiFi, DVD, games etc perfect for friends and family.
The master bedroom is at the rear of the apartment, large double bed build in wardrobes and dressing table.
Second bedroom also has bunkbeds and a walk in wardrobe that also houses the washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath and over bath shower.
You have full use of the large enclosed communal garden to dine or for the children to play in.
The whole apartment was renovated in 2021.

Crofton House is located towards the upper end of George Street just 5 minutes walk from the Esplanade. It is ideally suited near the centre of town with the variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. The Beach is a 10 minute walk away as is the marina.

There is first come first served free parking on the street - but we also offer you a free permit for one car for use at the Coop as short distance away during your stay.

There is also 4 hours parking from 8am to 6pm - so if you arrived at 2pm you could stay there until 12 noon the next day.
